Booking Terms

 

 It is necessary to reserve cabin accommodation and a confirmation fee must be paid at the time of booking.

When booking an order, a claim is created in the bank for the booking confirmation fee and it must be paid no later than two weeks later.

If the person cancels the booking, they are asked to notify the e-mail address ffa@ffa.is

Eight weeks before the arrival date, a claim is established in the bank for the final payment, which must be paid within two weeks, i.e. six weeks before arrival date.

Change fee: ISK 500 for each booking for four or more passengers.

Refund Policy for Huts

 

 Cancelled 7 – 13 days before the arrival date: 50% of the accommodation fee refunded

Cancelled less than 7 days before arrival date: No refund

Refunds are not given due to weather, movement or other natural forces, delay or if the person does not show up.

Confirmation fee is never refunded.

The weather in Iceland is unpredictable, so it's important to be prepared for any kind of weather - even snowfall in July, and bring warm clothes and waterproof jackets and trousers.
